Some  television sets, such as DLPs and LCD projectors, use a special variety of wide spectrum,
high intensity lamp called a mercury vapor lamp.  These come in various shapes and sizes which
vary according to the manufacturer's specifications.

If you buy a new lamp assembly from the manufacturer, it can be a costly event. However, the
housing used by the manufacturer can be recycled as well as the mercury vapor lamp. Rather than
putting these toxic materials into a landfill, we can disassemble the housing and replace the
defective lamp with a new original type specified by the manufacturer.

Replacing the lamps requires special handling and disposal techniques which are better to be left
to us to perform for you.
